I would like to welcome you to my site. I am Lorraine Kay McCormick and I am excited to tell you about myself. I am a mother of three children under the age of 7. I have two sons and a daughter. I am a graduate of West Chester University where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with an art concentration. I have been teaching for 13 years and I have taught K, 1st and 3rd grades.I have always been interested in Interior Design. I have done several different types of decorating which range from creating layouts of new rooms to painting murals on walls for theme based rooms to just changing the accessories in a room.My background in Elementary Education has given me a great sense of what stimulates children of all ages. I know how colors can provide a relaxing and calming atmosphere and how to use color to stimulate the imagination.I love to create rooms that bring out the true personality of your baby, toddler or even teenager. Having children is such a wonderful experience from the moment you discover that you are expecting them until they grow into young adults.
I am here to provide services of all kinds that range from consulting with you about how you can decorate your room to designing and decorating an entire room for you. I hope that I can help you create the perfect room(s) and I can't wait to meet you.

Pricing Plan Options

Read below to find the best plan that fits your personal needs and budget.

Plan #1: In Home Consultation: I can be hired by the hour. During this one or two hour consultation, I will answer questions you may have about the following…

· Decide on a theme for your nursery, toddlers, pre-teen’s, or teen’s room, bathroom or playroom.

· Decide on the bedding and coordinating fabrics.

· Decide on the type of window treatments.

· Decide on paint colors, finishes, murals, stamps or stencils.

· Decide on furniture arrangements.

· Decide on accessories.

I will also leave you with other ideas on how to make your room both functional and beautiful.

Hourly fee for Burlington, most of Camden and Mercer Counties is $100.00.
(Other locations may be subject to higher fees due to travel time.)

Plan #2: Complete Home Design Plan: After our initial one or two hour In Home Consultation, I can be hired to design your entire room plan. I will include the following…

· A sketched floor plan with furniture placement.

· Photos of bedding, window treatments, accessories and anything

else that needs to be purchased. (if available)

· Swatches of fabrics. (if available)

· A shopping list of items that will be purchased.

I will do all the shopping and selections based upon our initial consultation. This plan will save you hours of shopping for the perfect items to complete your room. I will then make a return visit to your home or office and present the plan to you.

Fee for Burlington, most of Camden and Mercer Counties is $250.00
(Other locations may be subject to higher fees due to travel time.)

Plan #3: Complete Project Plan: After our initial one or two hour In Home Consultation, I can be hired to design shop and create your room. This plan includes the following…..

Everything in the Complete Design Plan:

After final approval from you, I will come and put your room together. I will…

· hang window treatments

· hang shelves, pictures, etc.

· do custom painting (if applicable)

· arrange furniture

· set up bedding

· accessorize

This is the best plan for you if you are too busy to do all the footwork and decorating yourself. I will take whatever time is needed to complete your room to ensure a beautiful complete room that you will love!

(Other locations may be subject to higher fees due to travel time.)

Other Options:

Stenciling and Stamping
Average price about $2.00 per linear foot for application for a border style.

Murals
Available, however prices will vary depending on your individual plan. This price will have to be determined according to your job.

I offer simple online consulting for clients who live outside the immediate area. Just email the following information to …

1. Your name, address, phone number with area code and email address
with the best time to reach you by phone.

2. Decorating questions (up to 10).

3. A list and or photos of the items you are using or plan to use in your space along with a brief description of them.

4. Room dimensions along with door and window locations if needed along with a floor plan if you have one for the room. Be sure to attach photos if they are available.

Please be sure that all photo attachments have been reduced in size prior to sending them. Images can be reduced in Adobe and other similar programs.

Once I received your information, I will contact you by phone to verify credit card payment and ask any questions I may have abut your project. After your credit card had been approved I will begin working on your project and email you my list of suggestions, answer your questions and provide any additional information that I feel is needed for you to complete your project with success. If needed I will list furniture recommendations, paint colors and finishes, bedding and coordinating accessories. I will also include a list of places where you can purchase these items with prices if available. If possible I will send photos along with your email. Your will receive your completed consultation within 10-14 days.

Fee of $50.00 Includes: If this is the package you choose, only complete steps 1 and 2 above.

· Up to 5 questions answered
· No floor plans, shopping lists, or photos

Fee of $200.00 Includes: If is the package you choose, complete steps 1-4 above.

This type of project takes many hours of my time and is an excellent deal!
